100% Full Biodegradable Eco-Friendly Materials
This 100% biodegradable materials are usually made from 60-70% natural fiber ( obtained from Wheat Straw, Rice Husk, Bamboo, Wood, Sugar Cane, or any other natural plants ), mixing with 20-30% Refined Resin, adding 10% Starch & Stabiling Components. This mixture make it totally recyclable, excellent for environment. The disadvantage is also obvious. Due to its expense from recycled materials, the production cost are much higher than the usual PP or ABS. So 100% Biodegradable materials are more used for Food industry, which have direct connection with people's health and are able to tolerate higher priced production cost.
Partial Biodegradable Eco-Friendly Materials - For Wireless Charger Production
When it comes to Eco-Friendly materials, partial biodegradable materials are more commonly used for Wireless Charger Production. Usually we use the basic ABS / PP at 70%, adding 30% Wheat Straw Fiber, making it partial degradable in the environment. This is although not 100% bio-degradable, still it's much better than just using traditional ABS. The added Wheat Straw Fiber carry natual Brown color, enable the products with beautiful looking and a natural feeling.
